SHIPPING & HANDLING

Porch Swing Candle Co. provides shipping within Canada only. 

Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. There may be times of year that are busier,  and processing times may be affected. There may also be circumstances beyond our control that may delay your shipment.  We will do our best to process your order in a timely manner.

Each individual order will be shipped to one mailing address only.  

Local delivery & pickup Option:

We offer porch pickup in Waterloo, ON. We will send you an email confirmation of your order with pickup address and a day/time for pickup.

We offer local deliveries for a small fee of orders within 30 minutes of Waterloo, Ontario. We will email you an order confirmation and delivery date once your order is fulfilled.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Porch Swing Candle Co. is not currently accepting returns or exchanges.  If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please email us at porchswingcandleco@gmail.com and we will do our best to come up with a solution.
